I'm not gonna lie I was pretty fucking nervous to wear this costume but I sucked it up like a big girl and did it. Wearing a "sexy" costume is somewhat empowering and I think the fact that I did it with such a badass character helped. I felt good last night and I had an amazing night with Shelley drinking margaritas, bar hopping, dancing, and making friends. Plus, being around people in costumes all night was so fun and entertaining. Happy Halloweek!

Just a little short outfit of the night for you all. I FINALLY got to debut my new bustier from Nasty Gal! Went out for drinks and hookah with a couple of the girls and I have to say that the thin mint shot is probably one of my new favorites. So unbelievably tasty mmm. ANYWAY, paired the lime bustier with a Forever 21 sheer black hi-low skirt, my Moschino belt, and my black Jeffrey Campbell Litas!

Yesterday really felt like spring weather! It was about 55 degrees out, and for it to be 55 degrees in mid February in New England, that is damn nice. I went out with my mom for the day to run errands and then went over to my nearest MAC counter to return my empties for a free lipstick! If you wear MAC makeup make sure you save all your empties (foundation bottles, powders, mascaras, eye lash containers, brown pencil, lip gloss, anything) because once you have six you can turn them into your MAC counter and get a free lipstick! If you return them to a MAC store you can choose between a lipstick, lipgloss, or eye shadow. It's such a fun, easy way to get free makeup and help recycle! I picked up the color 'Rebel' it's a really deep purple and can give any look a little extra edge.
